OUR STORE POLICIES

We founded APEX PRINTING with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. ORDERS

• Orders and artwork need to be sent via email to 2021apex@apexprintinglab.com

• Email subject line must have Customer Name and PO#. We are not responsible for typo on any orders.

PROOF

• Camera-ready art will be sent to you by default before production. If needed, a virtual proof can be provided upon request with your purchase order.
• All proof will be free in the first 3 revisions, after that we will charge $10.00 per change.

SAMPLE

• Free random imprinted samples are available upon request. Shipping costs will be charged to your shipping account number or can be paid for at the time of delivery.
• Pre-Production Samples also available at $30.00 plus shipping fee.

ARTWORK CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations before production will be charge at $15.00
• Since we start production on all orders within 24 hours of approval, any modifications to artwork or cancellations after production has begun will incur charges for any items that have already been printed.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• Our policy lasts 45 days after shipping date.
• For any products damaged or defective due to APEX, customers must provide us with photos. We will investigate to determine if the item is eligible for a return and replacement.
♦All return products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
